- 2 Sets of 54 x 30 inch bath towels and (2) 26 x 16 inch hand towels are provided.

- Main refrigerator in kitchen downstairs has ice maker & filtered cold water.
- Backyard patio area with umbrella, bench & table.
- Laundry machines are provided for free in the garage (PLEASE USE WITH CARE).
- Laundry Detergents are also provided as complementary from the host and are labeled as "COMPLEMENTARY" on the detergent shelf next to the machines. We have liquid & powder washing detergents plus Bounce fabric softener for drying cycles. You're welcome to bring your own as needed.
- Quiet hours are 10PM - 7AM daily (guests are welcome to use laundry & all amenities 24/7 but be courteous of noise level during quiet hours).

-The closest bus station is at Cheeney & Agnew Rd ~ 0.4 mile walk from home.
- The nearest 7-11 is on Lafayette @ Hyde (~1 mile away from home).
- There is a Safeway plaza @RiverMark at Montague Exp & Agnew Rd. (~2 miles away). Many restaurants, dining choices & services available here.

Potential noise warning!
Please request ahead if you're sensitive to the noise. We can arrange to accommodate guests with stays less than 30days. We have periodic house party with friends on every few Friday or Saturday night. Usually 2-3 weeks period. These events can vary in intensity depends on the mood of the guests. Worst case scenario is a house full of screaming kids & hallway while loud blaring music is played downstairs. Most of our guests are not bothered much to complain about it but it would be a nightmare for people who need to rest due to their work schedule. Please be warned of the risks & request for arrangements ahead so we can move the events out to work with your schedule. Sorry, we can only arrange for guests with maximum of 30-days stay.
